Kashin Koji appears considerably younger than his biological predecessor, but the red eye marks and nose mole are unmistakable, confirming suspicions many fans already had after noting the white mane of hair and fighting style. The character's face is also shown in full for the first time after Jigen destroys Kashin Koji's mask, making the physical similarities to Jiraiya even more obvious. When Kashin Koji finally went head-to-head against Jigen (the vessel of Isshiki Otsutsuki), it was only a matter of time before Amado's Jiraiya secret was unraveled and, though Boruto episode 214 is less clear about it, chapter 47 of the manga shockingly confirms that Kashin Koji is a clone of Jiraiya.
